Alina serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Duran Law Offices, bringing a wealth of experience in business and operations. With a strong background in business and operations management, Alina plays a crucial role in ensuring our firm runs efficiently and effectively. Her leadership and problem-solving skills help us maintain the highest level of service for our clients. Before joining our firm, Alina gained extensive experience managing a variety of businesses, including a family-owned ice cream shop, a window coverings company, and a short-term loan business. These diverse roles sharpened her ability to streamline processes, support teams, and drive organizational success.

Today, she applies that same expertise to optimizing workflows, enhancing the client experience, and ensuring our attorneys have the support they need to focus on advocating for those we serve. Alina’s passion for organization, efficiency, and continuous improvement makes her an invaluable part of our leadership team. Outside of her professional work, Alina enjoys learning, reading, writing, traveling with her family, and trying new dishes. She is always seeking new ways to refine operations and make a meaningful impact, both within our firm and in the lives of our clients.
